Who sends these messages

ComplexTech Business Messaging is a business-to-person text messaging program operated by ComplexTech LLC, an IT and cybersecurity services company. ComplexTech LLC sends low-volume operational text messages from (908) 332-9605 only to its own employees, contractors, and clients who have agreed to receive them. Every message identifies ComplexTech and includes opt-out instructions.

• No marketing, advertising, sales, or promotional messages
• No personal or social messaging, and no person-to-person conversational use
• No purchased, rented, or shared phone number lists

What messages you will receive

• Scheduling messages, such as confirmed or changed site visits, service appointments, and work shifts
• Job and project status updates
• Appointment and meeting reminders
• Requests for documents or forms, such as agreements, onboarding paperwork, or approvals
• Account and service notices, such as scheduled maintenance or service changes

How to opt in

Texts are sent only to people who have a working relationship with ComplexTech LLC and have given consent in one of the ways below. There is no public sign-up list, and we never text purchased, rented, or shared lists. The program is not open to the general public: recipients are people under contract with ComplexTech LLC (contractors, clients, and staff), who opt in by signing the SMS consent section of their onboarding consent form or service agreement.

1. Employees and contractors: in writing at onboarding. During onboarding, employees and contractors provide their mobile number on the onboarding form or by email and agree in writing to receive work-related texts from ComplexTech LLC at (908) 332-9605.
2. Clients: in writing by email or in the service agreement. When engaging ComplexTech LLC, clients provide their mobile number and agree in writing, by email or in their service agreement, to receive work-related texts.
3. Clients: by text. Clients can text the keyword START to (908) 332-9605.
4. By phone. During a phone call with ComplexTech LLC, you are asked:

   "May ComplexTech LLC send work-related text messages to this mobile number from (908) 332-9605, such as scheduling, job and project updates, appointment and meeting reminders, document and form requests, and account and service notices? Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase, service, or employment. Do you agree to receive these texts?"

   Texts are sent only if you say yes. The date, time, and phone number of each phone consent are logged.

Where consent is recorded: Every consent is kept in ComplexTech's consent records with the date, time, method, and phone number. Signed onboarding forms and consent emails are kept with the employee or contractor record; client emails, service agreements, and START messages are kept with the client record.

After you opt in, you receive this confirmation message:

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase, service, or employment. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

How to opt out or get help

Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, OPTOUT) at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed:

ComplexTech: You are unsubscribed from ComplexTech LLC texts and will receive no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe.

Reply HELP (or INFO) for help. You will receive:
